There should be no surprises during your Bulgarian Property viewing trip, at Michael’s Property Shop we pride ourselves in spending as much time as necessary with clients prior to the home viewing, covering all aspects of buying and owning a Bulgarian Property. We do not believe in home buyer trips with multiple buyers so all of our visits are on a one-to-one basis. Suitable properties to view (within budget) will have been selected prior to the Home Buyer Trip to ensure that valuable time is not wasted - and a wide range of available Sunny beach holiday homeswill be included to help the buyer make an informed decision.

What to expect from a Bulgarian Property Viewing’s trip?

Our goal during this trip is to ensure that a suitable Bulgarian Property is selected and all the formalities are completed. The trip usually takes an average of 3 -5 days and will cover all aspects of buying and owning a Bulgarian Property. Experienced specialists will be on hand during the trip toprovide advice, where necessary.If there are any issues during the buying process Michael’s Property Shop team will be on-hand to support the Buyer ensuring that a successful purchase is achieved.
